FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What if I just want to be there for Saturday only?
A: You must be registered to be a part of the event.

Q: Can I just "tag along" on some drives without paying any fees?
A: NO, there are other costs, such as insurance and administrative expenses.

Note: Not only is this event non-profit, but, in an effort to keep the registration fees at a minimum, there usually is not enough money after expenses to reimburse the volunteers for their supplies and expenses.

Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy for the event?
A: The Saturday Oktoberfest cannot be refunded because the restaurant has a No-
Refund Policy. Other fees may be refunded if there are funds available.

Q: Will we have name tags?
A: Yes. Name tags will be required for all activities, which include: Saturday Car Display, drives, Lighthouse Tour and Saturday night Oktoberfest.

Q: Is lodging included in the registration fees?
A: No, Any and all hotel fees and services are the responsibility of the participants. See: “LODGING”.

Q: Do I have to register for the event and the hotel separately?
A: YES. Register on the Pacific Sharkfest website for the event. Register with the Morro Bay Inn separately. See: “LODGING”.

Q: Is there special parking for PSF?
A: Yes. There will be a parking lot dedicated to paid PSF Registrants at the hotel.

Q: Do I have to participate in the Clean Car Contest at Tidelands Park?
A: No, it is optional for $10 per car, by pre-registration only. The judging will be limited to exterior, interior, and wheels. No engine, trunk or undercarriage. A minimum of five entries is required for this event. EVERYONE is automatically in the Car Display.


Q: Is pre-registration necessary?
A: YES, YES, YES! If you have not paid for the Saturday Oktoberfest dinner, you
will NOT be admitted into the restaurant - It will probably be sold out! Pre-registration also enables the organizers to be better prepared for the benefit of all.
