As most have noticed, Pacific SharkFest location moves in an effort to stimulate interest, have new scenery to admire, and provide different driving venues. This year, Lake Tahoe, CA was selected for the spectacular scenery and the myriad of activities available.

Lake Tahoe has really two faces: North Shore is fairly quiet and serene. South Shore is more touristy; more glitz, with large casinos and full of activity. Since some participants will be new to Lake Tahoe, we selected south Shore for a more variety of activities.

While Lake Tahoe is world renown for skiing and related winter activities, it also offers a plethora of summertime fun.

There are historical sites to see, museums to tour, hiking and biking trails, fishing, parasailing, swimming, and sailing to mention just a few of the many outdoor activities. Additionally, there are major casinos for gambling and top-rated shows to see.

So, come to SharkFest, and maybe spend an extra day or so, and enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe, in the heart of the Sierra Mountains!
