1. I acknowledge that I am about to participate in certain automobile related activities in an event hosted by the PACIFIC SHARKFEST, to be held on or about September 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2024 (the “event” herein).

2. I am aware that this activity may involve the driving of, or riding in, an automobile, either on public streets, highways, and/or on private property, and/or other related activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of all potential dangers involved, and I hereby agree to assume and accept any and all risk of damages, injury or death, and waive all claims, known and unknown, to the organizers of the PACIFIC SHARKFEST that may occur as a result of my participation in the PACIFIC SHARKFEST.

3. As consideration for being permitted by the PACIFIC SHARKFEST or its affiliated organizations to participate in these activities and use their facilities. I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PACIFIC SHARKFEST, its successors, assigns, and/or any of its affiliates, from any claims that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and/or legal representatives, now have or may hereafter have, from any claim for damages, personal injury of any kind whatsoever, or death, that may result from my participation in the PACIFIC SHARKFEST.

4. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this release of liability, and indemnity agreement, is a contract between myself and PACIFIC SHARKFEST and/or its affiliated organizations and/or sponsors. My registration for this event is my agreement that I accept the terms of this Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement.
