FRIDAY, September 29th
 If anyone is arriving early, (Wine Tasting, Distillery Tasting, shopping)
 Meet at the Fairfield Inn back parking lot for a 2:30 PM departure for a drive in the Yosemite
area.
 Friday evening, an opportunity to meet & greet at 5:30 PM (Happy Hour) We have Mexican
food being delivered to the Fairfield Inn eating area/Lobby/outside picnic area. (Beer/Wine will
be served)
 Happy Hour needs to end by (9:00 PM)

SATURDAY, September 30th
 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Car “Show and Tell”, Back of Fairfield Inn
 10:00 AM, leave Fairfield Inn for the drive tour, destination is Yosemite
 12:00 +/-, Lunch will be at Glacier Point (box lunch)
 After lunch, Drive to the valley floor. (Bridalveil Fall, Yosemite Falls, Ahwahnee.
 3:00 PM Leave Valley Floor (Back to Oakhurst)
 5:30 PM, Dinner at the Oakhurst Grill, Dinner is included in the registration fee, alcoholic
drinks are no-host (at bar or separate tab).

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1 st
 Last opportunity to meet and socialize with others prior to your return home. Many will be
hanging out in the back for goodbyes as we return to home.

Hang Tags will be given out to all registered guests. These are your tickets for the included meals
The driving tours will be on less-traveled roads where possible. Since there is no way to avoid traffic
and traffic signals, remember that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERSON BEHIND YOU.
Either slow down or pull over to keep the group together. Although route sheets will be given out, we
don’t need the distraction of reading a map, or wondering where the cars ahead might have turned. It
is much more fun and impressive for all to stay together.

2023 PSF Registration

Host Hotel: Fairfield Inn, Oakhurst CA  (Special Rates end Aug. 28^th) ($189 + Fees-Breakfast Included)

Registration Fee: $120 per person ( Includes: Friday Night Happy Hour Taco bar, beer & wine. Sat. box lunch & Sat. night dinner.(No Host Bar).

Extra cost: $35 Yosemite Park Vehicle Entrance Fee (One Pass per vehicle) Some people have annual park passes already-THEN DO NOT INCLUDE THE FEE. We will purchase the passes for those people who will need them.
